UCI # where to find

Hello everyone
I am applying for the visitor visa for second time.last time i was granted visa for six month.My question is where to find UCI number.It states on CIC websites that if you have previously dealed with CIC then this universal client identification number (UCI) has been issued to you but i can't find .please tell me where it could be written.

or what if i leave it blank?

Your last visit visa on your passport has it check it

On visa, right beside the FPA below person one

it should be also in the correspondence sent to you by CIC in your first application. Otherwise, like in my case, I left it blank on my second application and still was approved.
