I applied for Canadian Immigration before and got my PR. Then renounced it as I could not relocate to Canada then, and now reapplying. So, now I am no longer considered a PR of Canada as I have formally renounced it. My questions are:
1. For UCI number in the EE profile I have to put the ID No in my previous PR card, right?
2. If I get an ITA, do I need to really need to explain the reason why I could/did not immigrate to Canada in the last opportunity I had and now trying again? To be honest, don't think the reasons were that strong or else would have tried to enter Canada even after I could not meet the residency obligation and explain myself to immigration folks instead of reapplying again.
3. Looking at the UCI number (previous PR Card ID No) the VISA office can pull up my previous application and renouncing details?
