UCI number expiry

Dear Friends,
Please revert me urgent.I want to apply as FSW ..but problem is 3 years before i have applied as FSW with fake experience & my application returned with reason that cap is full.moreover ,with application they have also mentioned UCI number ..Now this year i want to apply with my genuine experience which is in FSW category..can i apply?,..Does CIC keep record of my previous fake experience?..please reply me so i can take decision.
