UCI for sponsorship form, I have two different ones, which to use?

Hi all,

I am just filling in the sponsorship form (I am the applicant), and it is asking me for my UCI.
I logged in to cic.gc.ca to find it, and it turns out I have two, one from an ESTA application from 2019 (still valid), another from a pending IEC visa application (I am in the pooi).

Does anyone know which one I should enter, if any at all?
