I have submitted my application and got AOR on 5/6. I just realized oversight,typo by my HR in Hours/week.

My HR has mentioned Full time,45 work hrs/week and I have claimed 40 Hrs/week for all my 5 roles.

Note-I have submitted single ref. letter submitted against all my roles.Ideally it should be 40 hrs/week.

Please advise if any action is needed at this moment

Well, as long as it’s over 30 hours a week, and it’s full time position. I don’t think it really matters. Anything over 30 hours won’t count I believe

Yes,all 5 roles are with same company since 2012.

Employer listed all my roles were full time 45 hrs/week as it is (9 hr shift with 1 hr break).Also they have mentioned work hrs/week- 45 hrs/week.I have also attached appointment letter which has shift clause mentioning "normally company runs into 9 hr shift with 1 hr break,with weekend off,however timings,hrs can be regulated according to exigencies of work"

And i claimed 8 hrs before ITA and post ITA for all my roles as work hrs is 8 hrs ,so ref letter provided by emp. is not consistent with what i have claimed.(may be I am overthinking )

Not sure whether to raise CSE/webform at this moment as it might blow up the issue.

My employer can clarify this misunderstanding if required and issue revised letter.

Please advise.

I mean, the most important thing is your reference stay that is over 30 hours. Any less will consider part time. As long as the job duties are matching the NOC, you should be fine.
