I am filling out all the PR forms.
I am typing on-line on adobe, then printing out after filling in, cos my hand writing sucks.

When I try to fill in some numbers (dates etc), it enters "true", is it ok to enter those bits by hand?
A few lines in each form are being left blank to confirm dates. Should I reprint those, or can i print, and write them in later?

thanks.....

Hi Emmagail

I hope it's okay too because I've been doing the same thing with my forms. Some things I want to enter won't fit in when I type it on screen. So I have to write them very small!

If you folks are using an Apple Mac you can add text in any size you wish using the preview application.

No doubt someone else here will let you know what software you need for a PC.

You can handwrite if it won't fit. Some pdf programs let you change the size if you can unlock the "permission rights". Nuance PDF converter does. But handwrite if you don't want to spend the money on new programs.

Baloo, how come I never noticed your signature line before??? Too funny! I'd get a tatoo but I'm allergic to pain. I break out in blood and bruises!

I have only just added it after a comment that Leon made a short while ago.
I would wait until CIC open the immigration stream before recommending it to anyone :)

You could try it with Foxit Reader. With this program you can take all your time filling in the forms by typing as you can it save it.
Does anyone know if it is required to write in capital letters such as names, birth places etc. I assume that you have to handwrite when they ask for your signature?

Write or type in capital letters. Signatures have to be hand-written.

I agree to Canadianwoman. It is up to your convenience. The entries in the form should be clear and legible.
