if i choose to do one year MBA as 2 yrs part time MBA. Will i still get study permit for 2 years or only for 1 year

Others can correct me but believe the conditions of getting a PGWP apply for full time courses only but my guess would be if allowed you would only maybe qualify for a 1 year PGWP.

PGWP is out of the question because study permits won't even be approved for part-time courses.

As a study permit holder, you're supposed to be enrolled as a full-time student

Technically it is a 1 year full-time course but i will be studying it as a part time in 2 yrs.

You'll get a study permit for it and then when CIC finds out you were flouting the rules of your study permit, good luck getting a PR after that

I'm not sure if you uni/college will allow you to enroll as a part time student on a study permit though.
