Hi how long will it take vfs to generate tracking id?
Blue dart says it’s been delivered but have not received the tracking id from vfs.

I m primary applicant with a 1 year dependent child. Recieved ppr on 15 November. I booked 2 way service. Added 2 applicant. Paid 2790.
but I only recieved one awb number.
Do i send both passport in one envelope.
Or I request vfs to issue another awb number.
Pls help

Hi.. How did you submit the 2 passports.? In same envelope or different envelope? I am also facing the same issue. Only one awb number is received.

I have my wife and child as dependent should i select number of applicants as 3 and upload same first page of passport submission letter? Also how to submit the passports, individual or different envelope?

Hi,
My parents have received passport submission request for Visitor visa and next step is payment.
They are following this process but are having issues with payment link.

Do we have to wait for payment link and how do we receive it?

If photographs are requested in your passport request mail, then you have to.

SMS / Courier return form
- Consent form from all adult applicants(18 plus)
- Passport transmission letter for all applicants for whom service has been booked and paid for.
- Current and Valid passport for all applicants for whom service has been booked and paid for (Kindly do not submit old passports)

When did you submit your passport? I submitted on jan 9 ,2023 and its under process since jan 11. Submission was in person at vfs jalandhar.

Two way courier services are available for all VFS offices,what you need to verify is whether your pickup and drop off address is in the courier service area.

I received the below in the PPR email. Does this mean I need to send one package for the two of us?

STEP 3: PREPARE YOUR DOCUMENTS
You must submit together:
1. One copy of this letter.
2. Passport(s) OR photocopy(ies) of passport(s), as explained in Step 2.
3. Two (2) photos of yourself and of each accompanying family member. Photos MUST meet the precise specifications found in the link below or in Appendix A at the end of this letter. If you submit photos that do not meet the exact specifications, your package will be returned to you (www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/pdf/5445EB-e.pdf)
All required documents must be submitted in one single package.

In case of minors, who should sign the SMS/courier form ?
I understand that VFS consent form is not required for minors.

Hi, I have received PPR request for my parents but in the passport submission web form the pincode is showing not serviceable .My parents live in Kerala and the list for dropoff doesn’t show any locations in kerala.Could some one please tell how to select the bluedart drop off location near to my parents place although it is not showing in webform.

Also do we have to send the passport and PPR letter in A4 envelope?

Any information about the above would be very helpful.Thanks in advance.

Hi @redindian22, were your parents able to submit their passports? I was also unable to find drop off in Kerala as well
