Two questions regarding sponsorship application

Hi There,
I have two queries regarding the sponsorship application for my soon-to-be wife.

1) How soon I could pay fee for the application. Can I pay it now and apply in Dec or I should do it at the time of application?
2) My wife is going to do medical in India. Which Visa office she should fill in Appendix C form? Should it be CIC-M?

You can pay anytime and best to pay at least a little before submitting the application, one to get your receipt to submit with the app and also to make sure it's processed (through their bank/accounting) and available to be matched up to your application.

As for visa office, if you are applying outland and mailing everything to Mississauga and your spouse is in India, then I think the visa office is New Dehli (and that's what you'd put on the medical form).

Go to the CIC website, they help you out with finding out exactly which visa office to apply from. Here is the link, Vish:

And you can pay whenever. I paid for my application in January, mailed it in August. Others have paid the week before. It doesn't matter. Sponsorship approved no problem!
