Two ppr's request. One for me and another for wife? Pls suggest

So after a long wait and struggle we got our passport request today . I got a ready for visa mail from cpc ottawa . After couple hours I got another ready for visa request but it says to submit the passports to VFS india . From what I know is after I get the request I have to mail them back asking for visa office change for my wife. But I got the request to submit passports to VFS for stamping . So I'm confused . Shall I have my wife to send passport to VFS directly or I should raise a cse aND ask for visa office change ? Also on the top the letter it says please use this letter for any dependants in india . Please suggest does anyone have anything like that ? Thanks in adance .

I think few in Jan AOR group got the same. You can send passport to ottawa and your wife can send it to delhi (vfs).

Nothing to worry here, Same thing happened with my friend as well. Just follow the emails and everything should be fine. Good luck. My friend finished his landing as well.
