To be honest this lawyer is BS.
It seems that he/she wants to reduce his/her workload.

With a single NOC the case becomes less complicated and hence less of paperwork on their side.

Hrsdc states that these codes can be used for guidelines.
And most of the people will have more than one NOC in their life time of employment.
Consider for eg an engineer or technician who is also trained for quality control like(ISO, TPM, 6 sigma, etc)
He can easily claim experience in 1122 and his respective engineering field.

A dancer can be a singer and an actor and also a writer.
An athelete can be a coach.
yes you are right a dancer can be a singer or stripper ;) :D

I don't think this occupation is on the hrsdc website. :D

you are absolutely right, the form has about 10 spaces for different NOCs, these discussions are due to the unawareness of procedures.

I dont understand why people go for Immigration consultant to apply for PR (unless they are doing few million $ annualy job where they dont have to spare few day reading FSW guides) .

I think sometime CIC look closely about experience and paper work if submitted using Lawer or consultant as they know that those paper work got more chance to manuplated as compare to paper work applied by applicant himself , on top VO can think that if this person cant applied himself and used Lawer for immigration application that what he will do in future . (i mean if person got 100s of thousand as bankbalance then its justified wasting 4-5k on these lawers. But if they strech themselve to show minimum required bank balance of 15000$ then its worth thinking that why they wasting 20-25% of money which they could save by reading website and notes in English .

so true Aquib.......the problem is that these guys don't know the procedures nd then misguide other ppl on the forum by making claims like "If you have applied with two NOC in same application means 99% rejection." >:(

I myself have applied under 2 NOCs nd got PER as well as AOR in such short span

Most of the NER are due to the unawareness of consultants. CIC instruction guide is simple and to the point, if you follow it you surely receive PER.

Adityaa, your noc code- 0621, was it in the list of occupations in 2009-2010?

I have checked the old (2009 and 2010 both) list of noc but couldn't find this code.

Munir

The noc code is mentioned in hrsdc website, but not reflecting in the 29 list of occupations. The reason I ask is because my wife is the main applicant under 4131 (applied in March 2010) and I have 7 years experience in retail as manager.
