I have a question, can someone who is having an application right now (Provincial nominee) and has done the medical, apply to another stream (Canadian experience)? because I know the PNP (paper based) takes a long time, and the person now has a good score (he has a job offer, 2 years Canadian experience and also Ph.D. in Ontario).
