So last I got my CPCO final request email woo! The next day I sent off all the documents required, (passport copy, signed appendix and stamped photographs). I’m pretty sure I did this to the letter, I checked to plenty of times.
Sent it xpress and the tracking tells me it was delivered on the 15th of this month.
Today I get another CPCO final request email exactly the same as the first but dated today’s date.
I’m at a bit of a loss what to do can’t find any threads with someone with the same issue, I have emailed but got an automatic response stating the minimum processing time for emails is 20 days which runs really close to the 30 day cut off.
So has anyone else experienced this? Should I just pay the $100 to send the documents again? If I had made an error surely they would tell me what error I had made so I could rectify it? Is there a faster way to get in touch with someone who may have an answer?
