Two application # and PPR request on 2nd - sending passport to VFS - Ahmedabad

Hi Everyone, I hope someone has answer on my situation.

1st application for parents visitor visa was submitted on Jan 2021 and we got biometric request which was done Aug 2021 and VFS - Ahmedabad charged for courier pick up and drop off for passport when passport is requested. I had to submit another application through IRCC portal on Feb 2022 and we received PPR and now trying to contact VFS - Ahmedabad but no one is answering call nor replying emails. How can we communicate with VFS that we want to submit our passport with service we have already paid (possibly link with earlier application no).
My parents are not able to travel to Ahmedabad and would like to use the courier service which is paid already.

You will have to raise a web form on the VFS website requesting for pick up of the passport. You will be able to mention it has been paid for when the web form is raised.
