Trying to sign in with the login email and password to no avail.

Hello Everyone,
My nephew has been trying to Login into his account to apply to no avail. Has anyone had same issues today? Please if he can not have access what can we do then? I really wanted to get it done and then relax.

Hi there,

Your nephew should not be using an email address to login. When he first registered, he would have been asked to create a username. He should use that username along with the password he created to login. If he tries this and it does not work, please ask him to try clearing his cache and cookie for the browser he is using.

Thanks a lot you are my helper. I did all my paper work on paper now all is online and he is not very experience and am really scared , but i will try my best.
