OK, when posting on a public forum requesting assistance with what is more than likely something serious in nature, one MUST give all the information connected to your question . People are on here giving out information on their own free time. All we know from you, is that your have been here 2 years, and can you apply for H & C? That is it.
Being here two years does not automatically mean you meet the requirements to be accepted under H&C. You can certainly try applying - however whether you are approved is an entirely different matter. You should only apply if you think you have a chance of being approved. A refusal will end up on your record permanently and will make it difficult for you to return in the future.
