:( hello, guys, I'm incredibly sad to say that UPS Brazil have failed the first two attempts to deliver my passport to the Consulate and we can't afford to waste much time, the prices for plane tickets will just skyrocket as it gets closer to July.
Do you think it's possible to ask the Consulate to pick it up? I really doubt it.
What options do I have if they fail tomorrow's attempt as well? It's been really stressful to think that they can't get a simple envelope to a building that is 15 minutes away from the store in less than 10 hours.

1. No they won't pick it up.
2. Did UPS try and deliver it to Consulate on a Sunday? No one would be there.

And no, they tried to deliver last Friday (I'm aware that the Consulate closes earlier on Fridays, unfortunately) and then tried to deliver at 5:47 PM today.
