I am planning to visit USA for 7 days. I have a valid passport, US Visa and Work Permit but I don’t have a TRV stamp on my passport for Canadian Work Permit. I am planning to travel via Amtrak Train from Vancouver to Seattle,
Can I travel without TRV from Vancouver and come back?

I'm not sure if I understood your question, but I'll give it. shot.

I'm not sure if they still issue stamped visa for work. I used to have a visa stamped on my passport that says my status is student but since that got expired, they gave me one that just says visitor and i have been in and out of Canada since then and it didn't really create any problems as long as you have a permit if your purpose is to work or to study or whatever it is. You still do need a visa to come back to Canada, otherwise you will be denied entry but doesn't necessarily to be stamped.
