Mine is the same timeline and today is December 04 and tracker not activated yet.My Time frame for TRV:

Request for passport: 15 Nov 2019
Passport sent: 15 Nov 2019
Passport accepted: 18 Nov 2019
Online status change to approved: 29 Nov 2019
Tracker has not been activated

Called them they said the officer still have 1-3 weeks to finalize everything before release to Canada Post

I'm so worried now. Visa office they said we have labelled and sent your passport to the Canada post on December 03 but My Tracker still did not activate yet. It's so weird. I called canada post they said they didnt receive anything yet from them.hey, did your tracker activate ?
