I mailed my application with passport and all necessary documents on July 3rd and it was delivered to LA office on July 5th. I have travel planned for Canada for Aug 9th and so far I have not received any update from the LA office. I sent a couple of emails and also faxes them enquiring the status of my application but they have not responded.
The web site says the processing time is 14 days but not it has been more than 3 weeks and no updates from the office. Should I be concerned? WHat should I do as the travel date is approaching.
