Now that my gf and I(male) has both shots of the covid vaccine, we are now planning to apply for a TRV.
Backstory, we CANT GET MARRIED, as there is no divorce allowed in the Philippines.
Dating for almost 7 years.
Her husband left her and we have no idea where he is/no contact.
According to the last thread we should try for a TRV first to prove there's 2 barriers(immigration and law).
How should we approach the application? tell them that we are trying to gain common law here in Canada?
Does she need show money even if she's gonna be staying with me?
How long is the timeframe for a visit should we ask?
What are the most important documents to help us?
