I hope someone will share their experience or knowledge on two questions specific questions:
1. One of my cousins (60 yr old) came on TRV (visitor visa) i.e. for 6 months, however, incidentally the immigration officer (at the
airport) had put the leaving date of one-month after (hence giving 7 months stay)! Should he stay that long or leave prior ending 6-
month time!
2. If he is planning to extend his visa, when should he apply. One of the post says Postal takes about 123 days & online = about 49
days. Would he be legal to stay in Canada, when his visitor visa is expired but extension application is in process?
