TRV renewal inside canada for family member

My spouse has work permit and we have TRV....I want to renew TRV for me and my child(spouse's is already done).

We already submit the application online but no update ...When my spouse's work visa is renewed by 10 days of the application.

Can we do it from inside Canada or we have to apply it from outside ?

I am confused ..As there is no update in the application..And we are going outside of canada within 15 days...And our return ticket after 2 months.

Plz reply if anyone have any knowledge
