TRV rejected Shall I apply For SOWP from India

Hi all

My TRV got rejected 1 week before under three conditions
1- Based on travel history
2-Based on purpose of visit
3-Based on personal assets and financial status.

I haven't upload any supporting documents while applying for my TRV with my wife's study application . Now i am bit confused whether I need to Apply again for TRV or shall I apply for SOWP. please do guide me . My wife's study application is still in process....
