Dear Members,
I need some guidance as I have recently faced a rejection for my TRV to Canada from Pakistan. My age is 29 years and I am a Pakistani National. I have a friend who is a Canadian National and is of Pakistani origin, he sent me an invitation letter which stated that I want to visit Canada for meeting him and for sightseeing/tourism which was of course my real reason of travelling to Canada.
After filing an online application today I received a correspondence letter stating that my visa has been rejected due to following two reasons.
1. I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.
2.I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
I have a been studying in Germany and have a decent Travel history. It is the first time my visa has been rejected and it is indeed disappointing. Please share your experience if relevant and suggest me what to do if I re-apply for the Visa. What are the chances of success and how can I address these two allegations put upon my application.
Thanks
