Hello Everyone ,

I am an Indian (from India) working in Chile for past 2 years as a Software Engineer . Last year(2019) I had applied for TRV It got rejected under A16 . I forgot to mention about US Visa Refusal . I re-applied the application after a week with all the details and stating That I misunderstood the statement by only canadian refusal . Howevr , It got rejected with same reason . Even I asked for notes the comment was exactly the same:

I have determined that your application does not meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). I am refusing your application on the following grounds:
• I am not satisfied that you have truthfully answered all questions asked of you.

I sent an email to Embassy for appeal that I have mentioned this details . But No reply from their side .

Now I have been accepted to Univ of Waterloo for Master's degree . I want to apply for Study Visa for fall intake .

What documents do I need to provide to overcome these concerns ? So that my profile stands stronger this time. Any suggestions ?

Thank you for your interest in visiting Canada. After careful review of your temporary resident
visa application and supporting documentation, I have determined that your application does not
meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration
and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). I am refusing your application on the following
grounds:
• I am not satisfied that you have truthfully answered all questions asked of you.
You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can
demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. All new applications must be
accompanied by a new processing fee.
