TRV question regarding company paternership

I have just recently been denied a visitors visa to accompany my fiance on her study permit, the reason cited was "your current employment situation".
When phoned my company backed me up by saying the following things:
1) I am not leaving the company and have not been replaced.
2) I am not easily replaceable, and the company does not intend to replace me.
3) I intend to return at the end of the time period.

For a long time the company has talked of offering me partnership in order to retain me, in the past it has gone as far as profit sharing but never an actual partnership yet.
My question is as follows, if I were to be granted partnership in the company(Which my company is willing to do) and reapply would this likely be enough to sway the decision in my favour? Would they still be able to deny me based on my "current employment situation" if this were the case?

hello
it could be a good plus to your application. but no one can guarantee that they will not find other reasons for another refusal

Have you mentioned while you applied that she was your fiance. If you did it's very difficult to be accepted no matter what the reason given.
