I made notary invitation letter for my wife saying that i will provide everything and make sure that we will follow immigration law.
My wife provide, bank account statement, letter of employment from her boss, letter to explain the relationship and stating that her sister(from germany) was coming to visit her in thailand ( we provided her sister plane ticket) proof that my wife went to germany to visit her sister and didn't overstay, boarding pass of my two first trip to thailand and some picture of us together.
But at this time we were not married yet and didn't applied for PR

Wow that's amazing!

After my marriage we sent a TRV and study permit application to Jakarta and they denied it after 9 days. My friend who also has an Indonesian wife was approved by same VO :(

Might be harder for my wife as she isn't employed and I support her financially :(

congrats! that's approved TRV letter.
did you apply online? or personal?

i'm planning to give another try for TRV after we submit our application and get SA letter but it could be next year since i already used my 2 weeks vacation from work.but this time i will make detail letter of intent, itinerary which wasn't able to include and detail employment letter.

i've heard its a plus to have a dollar account? or just pesos account would be enough?
is it possible to have join account even i'm not there yet in canada? or just depend what banks have that kind of services?
