TRV Processing in LA Office
My details are as below:
Applied online - 18th April
PP request - 22nd May
PP sent to LA - 11th June
PP reached at LA - 12th June
I am also waiting for my USPS return envelop tracking number to be activated

Applied through Mail for myself and my spouse, and my parents separately
Application Reached- May 17th
1st Email Sent -June 17th
2nd email sent -June 18th
1st reply received saying the application has been finalized -Jun 18th
2nd reply received saying that they have sent the documents back on June 18th- June 19th
Received my parents' stamped visa and documents-June 19th by priority USPS(I had sent a self addressed stamped envelope)
Our documents haven't arrived yet though. I dont know the status of my visa yet.
I had specified in the email that my parents need the passport as they have to go back to India soon . I dont know if I should assume that they sent only their documents as they understood the exigency of the situation.
All I can say is, I was wrong in thinking that they wont take any action. In fact they replied to every single mail I had sent. I had only specified that application number and they were kind enough to request me that in future, I should specify the full name and date of birth.
There are Good Samaritans everywhere as the total turnaround time was 30 days.

I submitted my Intra company transfer application and passport through mail to Canada consulate in NY. Application reached them on April 8th, its now 11 weeks and I haven't received my passport yet. Anyone who submitted their application through mail during that time? Any help appreciated.
Me and my wife applied together through "family application" for a singe entry visitor visa:
5/15 - Online Application for Transit visa. Received individual confirmations for both of us.
6/10 - Request for passport for both of us
6/11 - Sent passports to New York
6/12 - Passports received in New York.
6/20 - Priority mail tracker activated
6/22 - Passports received.
Other details. It was very hard to find these things online and I saw some post about this earlier and that post was useful to me. Hope this post is useful to others :

USPS return activated : 16 July
Delivered : - 17th July
PS- myCIC never sends any notification about posting PP, you may have to keep checking USPS tracking, this is what I did.
