Do they plan to just visit temporarily or do they want to study in Canada? If they want to study here, they need study permits and will have to pay international student fees.

I received an eligibility for permanent residence under HSW with exception of my work experience. Unfortunately I don’t know which forms do I have to fill up for my kids
It says any accompanying dependants are eligible to apply for owp,sp,or Trv if the child is not of school age. However you did not submit temporary resident application at the time you applied.
