I have recently deferred my Seneca College offer to Sep 2016. Also I have been accepted to do a 3 month certification course in Ryerson University for May'16. My initial plan was to take a TRV ,complete the certification and then go ahead to apply for study permit for Seneca.
But now I have been accepted for University of Fraser Valley for Summer'16 i.e. April. I am confused now whether to take TRV and then apply study permit. Or I should get study permit for UFV and withdraw Seneca..? I would like to know whichever process is easier/faster. TRV or Study Permit?
