I am new member. I am holding work permit. Today i got my passport back without TRV, they said I need to submit Family information form and payment receipt. Family information I already submitted in online. Now I don't know what to do? do I need to apply from start or just submit my passport along with that two documents.

I got my passport back without VISA April 10.
