TRV is expiring soon but have a travel requirement

I’m on work permit which is expiring on Nov 28,2019. I have a travel requirement to go back to India and return to Canada on October. Is this a problem at POE or with airlines?
Another question on same topic: my employer is processing my WP renewal within Canada and expecting to get it done by October.. if I receive my WP renewal while I’m in India, can I get my passport stamped from India?

You need to actually apply for a TRV. It is not included with a work permit extension app.

Yes.. Can I submit my PP in India to get it stamped if I apply TRV from Canada along with WP renewal...
