Hi im a filipino but working here in singapore. my parents are inviting me to visit them i was planning to visit them this november and im planning to submit the requirements this coming oct 10 is there a possiblty they will grant a visa befre novmber?

The Singapore VO reports 14 days for processing as does Manila. So it would seem that if you submit your application now you should have an answer back before November. Just make sure your application clearly demonstrates that you have strong ties (e.g., employment) so that they are convinced you will not overstay your visa.

Can i not submit my ticket on the application because its no use if i book the ticket then the visa might not

Another question if i dont include my original passport how are they going to issue visa on my original passport?
