TRV From Inside Canada - Normal Processing Time Has Passed

Applied on 30th of November and Eligibility review started today. How long does it usually take from here?
My withdrawal request for my first application (Jan 4, 2021) got processed today. Had a letter on my account that basically says as per your request we have closed this application and you are eligible for a refund. No updates on my second application yet - Applied on Oct 14th.
same here applied first in March no updates on it, is it necessary to withdraw the first application? I applied second app on Oct 14th no updates on this too
Hey, as far as I know we can't have two applications processing at the same time - I didn't want to risk it so sent in a withdrawal request when I submitted the second application. However I have seen people on this forum have two applications and being approved for one - so not really sure if its necessary or not.

My friend is in India and on his PGWP.
He applied TRV from inside Canada on May 26 2021 and went to India on Nov 09 2021.
On Dec 04 2021
As per consultant his eligibility went to in review.. but on Monday consultant said it again went to review not started.
Really worried what to do

This is going to be me very soon - I applied for TRV (second application) on Oct 14th and planning to travel end of Dec due to an emergency. Did your friend inform IRCC about travelling? Do you know if his file has been transferred to India for processing?
