I had included my mother's hospitalization record and mentioned to let me know if they need any additional documents. Yes I applied and it usually comes in month from the day you applyI haven't. Did you give it a try?

I think you should apply again and this time apply with letter of explanation that explains your emergency and also mention your old application number in your letter. I applied on March 26th 2021. I got the PR status. I am waiting for my TRV application to cancel. Did you get the GCMS notes?did you receive your trv yet?, when did you apply?
