TRV From Inside Canada - Normal Processing Time Has Passed

Timeline guys:

applied Oct- 22
PPR, Oct 31 (passport sent the same day but after 5pm which means it will dispatched the next day)
Received at Ottawa- Nov 4
Made couple of call in between and sent an email as advised calling agent and one of the previous posts. (Not sure if that expedited anything)
Account updated on Nov 13
Tracked activated- Nov 15
PP received back on Nov 18..

Can I submit the same documents for TRV I submitted for study permit extension? My university takes long to send new transcript and enrolment letter, plus I am not able to get new bank statement. I applied for study permit in September. Any body done this?

I applied from Vancouver for TRV
Applied - Nov 7
PPR - Nov 14
PP received - Nov 18
No update yet
Have a flight on Dec 3- 0030

I called them and tell the situation, Customer service said that he can leave a note to send back the passport to you before Dec 3 , it can be stamped or without stamp and if no stamp then can go to india and process from there.

what should i do? Please help me.

I applied for student visa via a paper application along.I did submit my passport along with this paper application.

I submitted my application for TRV from inside Canada as I am a PGWP holder and my TRV had expired. I answered the questions on the questionnaire and completed the forms that the questionnaire requested. I applied on Jan 7 and sent webform to enquiry about processing time. The response was the generic letter which even stated that my documents were ok. Now I got an update in my account to say that my application was cancelled, so I am awaiting the details. My questions
1. Do they refund the money from cancelled applications?
2. Which forms are the correct forms to use for applications inside Canada? The questionnaire generated 5708e and 5257b

may i know why they cancelled your TRV application? was it because of CoVid?
