TRV for Provincial Nominees

My husband is a provincial nominee and already in Canada on a work permit/TRV. My question - can we, his dependents apply for a TRV so we can join him already? Will we be assessed based on the provincial nomination or will it be based on the criteria for all visitor visa application?

if your husband is a skill worker you can apply for owp,but you can apply for trv no matter what,but being a pnp does not mean you will get trv.
