Address for quarantine.
Contact number for them in quarantine
Who will be in the home if anyone and the ages of the other residents
If you are in your own flat what are your plans for getting food and supplies, how are you planning on getting to your quarantine location.
If you are not staying alone describe how you are maintaining quarantine. Do you have access to your own bathroom, kitchen, bedroom. Is the ventilation shared? Will you be washing clothes in the same location?
If your extended family has all decided to quarantine together explain your plans on how you will get supplies for 14 days.

sorry this is a general idea. It doesn’t need to be fancy.

That is vague - will not work. It is better to get professional advise rather than relying on unprofessionals.
The above was only for an isolation plan which doesnt need to be a professionally prepared plan just needs to ensure if asked have a plan to isolate, an address and a contact number plus anything else about the accommodation should you be asked. So above will probably be fine for an isolation plan and not need professional advice. Just need to ensure have a plan else do not travel to Canada.

Putting together a reason for a visit a different matter as that needs to be more specific but as for professional advice just for a visit seems a bit over kill although why anyone would want parents to visit during a pandemic when for the first 14 days they would be isolated from the people they are visiting .

Guidelines for immediate family visiting Citizens and PRs is on the IRCC website and currently the main challenge seems to be convincing airline checkin in home country by showing minimum stay 15 days or longer and are an immediate family member of a Citizen or PR. Only need to show as an immediate family member that journey is essential if staying less than 15 days which doesnt make much sense with the 14 day isolation.

Current travel restrictions in place through July 31 and isolation requirement through August 31 although consensus is that dates may be extended again

Ultimately of course a personal decision to take professional advice but it would be a waste of money unless of course not yet in possession of a TRV which is whole different question to the answer assumption above which is based on already having a TRV.

Note there is no requirement for a quarantine plan to apply for a TRV, only to have one on arrival at the POE into Canada

i do not differ from you but it is always better to spend couple of hundred dollars when things are complicated in these unprecedented times. somebody who is spending money on visa application to air tickets can surely afford to pay for legal advise and save themselves from unnecessary stress of visa rejection.
You just have to basically say where you are living for 14 days and how you will get supplies. That does not need a lawyer. A good lawyer or consultant would tell you to write it yourself this isn’t a job for them. Many people don’t have an extra few hundred dollars especially to waste on something so simple.

Nobody is getting rejected because there quarantine plan is not written properly. There is no need for professionals.

Can parents stay with you in same place during the quarantine time?
If you have something like a basement suite where they will not have contact with your family. Otherwise they can stay with you if the rest of the family also remains in quarantine for 14 days.

how do u back up ur home made theory ?
Many of the agents seem to barely ask questions and just take down he address and phone # and make sure people go striaght to their quarantine location. It is not a conplex document. A lawyer would be so confused as to why you would contact them to write a quarantine plan. I would hope that all lawyers would refuse and explain that a person can do it on their own.

I hope the agents in Canada really protect our border. If I were to compare with Hong Kong, HK agents require the passenger to undergo a series of complex procedures before they can go home or hotel for quarantined.
