I'm on OWP and wife is on Intentl Student...our kids are left in India. We have applied for TRV Visitor visa for summer vacation but immigration ppls rejected. They asked for children"travel history" and " applicant travel and identity document, reason to travel to canada, contacts in canada, ties to the country of residence and weather applicant likely to leave canada at the end of the authorised stay"
When can i apply for TRV for summer vacation and this is a genuine reason. Pls suggest how can we show strong ties to india and their return to india.
we desperatley waiting for kids to come to canada for summer vacation and we are planning to go back after stuides in next summer and could not able to show our kids this part of world.
Request your suggestion's and pls let us know when can we reapply for kids visa's
