I need some advise on the Family Information form #: 5645. I am trying to extend my senior brother's TRV for another 6 months. But I am confused on this question On Section A & B: Will accompany you to Canada? YES or NO.
My brother is here in Canada on TRV already. While the wife is still back home in our home country.
If I answer NO on this TRV extension application, will the NO answer affect his wife and children's chances of obtaining TRV in future if they want to visit in future?
Second question: Any new update of extension on the "Public Policy" program that's probably slated to end in February 2023?
