Hello everyone! Has anyone experienced my situation?
I got an LMO while I'm only a tourist here in Canada. I have applied for temporary resident visa extension while my work permit is being processed in New York. Unfortunately, as there is strike currently happening, processing of work permit got longer. The resut of visitor extension got released first and it was negative but i had no choice but to stay here in Canada and wait for the result of my work permit application because my passport is in new york.
Now I am getting frustrated thinking whether I'd get a positive work permit because my status for visitor extension was not granted. This is frustrating.
