TRV - Drop off passport in person in Ottawa for stamping

Hey guys,
I applied for my TRV visa online and CIC has requested I submit my passport for them to stamp the visa, but does anyone know if I can drop off my passport at the Immigration office in Ottawa if I live nearby instead of sending it through mail?
