Did you submit any documents regarding this? You could still include a letter of explanation that you had deposited the money to your mom's account (since it was less than 3 months) and show your side of the transaction as well.

I don't think all hope is lost, but you just have a very, very, slim chance. If you can somehow get a job offer, that might also help.
Thank you very much for your reply. Yes, I included that I am a scholar and everything is paid for. I provided letters from the institution who is supporting me and also from my school. I also had a letter from the institution who is sponsoring me saying that I will be employed by them and even stated my monthly salary after my graduation.
