trv /biometrics issues

hi
i applied for my trv and also done the biometrics(22nd june) as instructed but my status on cic website still shows " we need applicants biometrics"
processing time for my country is 5 working days. i am confused because i have called and also sent an email yet no useful response. any ideas on what's going on!

Usually it takes 3-4 hours only to get it updated and max 24 hours, please contact the VFS center where you gave the biometric as they have to upload it in order to get it reflected at online application.

Which country / city you are at ?

kyiv ukraine.......i have called the embassy and i was told cic website gets delays in uploading sometimes
