trv applied on gc key.from october.

Filed my parents' application on Oct 3, biometrics completed on Oct22 but no updates yet. I was wondering if reapplying using new portal will speed things up. Btw, silly question, what are the exact words you see in the file to know that eligibility has already started? Does it say like this: "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements."?
