We are new to this forum and hoping to apply for TRV

Could anyone share the requirements (a link should be enough to refer) for TRV application for US H1-H4 holders?

Critical piece of information: Our visas are expired and we would have petition copies to submit expiring in Feb 22

There is no separate TRV process for US H1-H4. You use the same process as anyone else.

Ideally your H1/H4s would still be valid. If they aren't, you'll have to submit the petition.

Thanks for your response. I still didn't get the last line, our H1/H4s stamped visas have expired in 2020 and now we just have valid petitions till Feb 22. Does the TRV application treat the petition approvals as valid? In the non immigrant US visa section what should we write as the expiration of the Visa? Another caveat, we might just process spouse's TRV right now who is dependent on my for finances any risks of approval there?

Separate from this: if we have a blood relative in Canada who we might/might not visit during our travel do we still need an invite letter from them? A casual one, non notarized as we would be funding our trip.
