I really got confused about the situation right now and hope someone with the same situation before can share their experience.
My wife and I are now waiting for Medecal Request for PR application. We recently extended our open work permit and need to get the visa extended as well.
On October 26th, 2017, I submitted a TRV application for myself and my wife to extend our expired visa. After submission, two separate application numbers are generated with each of us as the primary applicant. On Tuesday 11/07/2017, I got a new message under my application that requesting my passport. However, no updates till now under my wife's application.
My question is, does CIC only send one request letter for both of us or CIC will send two separate request letters for each one of us? I did some research however some ppl said CIC will send only one letter when some other said CIC will send two separate letters??
I also tried to call CIC couple times and all got hanged up due to high volume.
