TRV Application tracker & Passport Stamping

Hi, I have applied for TRV for both my parents. As per tracker and IRCC portal, the application is approved and the Visa information is posted. We have submitted the passport for stamping on 14th May. Assuming it will take 3 weeks (based on the current trend), Should we book tickets and wait until we receive the passport?

In same situation. Submitted passports on 14th may… still confused if should book tickets or not.. it’s getting expensive. Where did you submit? And on what date it reached IRCC office?

It reached IRCC delhi on 14th May. The courier picked up just day before.

Do not book tickets until you have your stamped passports. Stamping is taking more than 3 weeks in many cases. They are visiting Canada so waiting a few weeks to book a flight should not be a huge issue but may prevent you from losing money if not non-refundable.

On the application tracker and ircc portal, it says application approved. Also the visa info is posted on tracker. Do you think there could be possibility of rejection on final stage ?
