Hi guys, need your advise on what to do. I applied a work visa last December 5 2017 and got the refusal letter dated January 11. The reason why they refused my application is that the Immigration officer is not satisfied that i would leave Canada by the end of my period of stay because my parents and sisters are there already. My father and sisters arrived in Montreal Quebec last March 2017 as immigrant. I applied as a caregiver and got approved CAQ, LMIA but the Immigration officer is not satisfied also that there is a genuine need of a caregiver. Please guys i need your suggestion, recommendation on what to do please..... By the way, i am working here in Hong Kong as a caregiver 5 years now. It is so depressing to be refused

IRCC probably sees this as immigration of convienience, given your family is providing the job for you. IMO, it will be difficult to overcome, given the refusal is specifically for the work permit and based on your family ties. It would, again imo, be better if you applied for a work permit to work for someone other than family.
